Liberation from Smoking - INSTRUCTIONS

Take full advantage of this system: utilize the worksheet while you listen to the instructions (Part I) and write your answers into the boxes provided. This will personalize this system to make it more powerful and effective for you. There are many special features to this program. In Part II you will hear Dr. Ryder’s soothing voice and melodic music guide you through a wonderful journey to reprogram your mind and teach you how to quit easily and successfully.

Stop Now Approach # 1
If you are really ready to quit right away, that means that you have prepared yourself and are completely committed to quit immediately. Then you also have already smoked your last ceremonial cigarette and have the next hour to go through this program.

Take the Blue Worksheet put CD 1 into a player and start listening to the instructions. Your quit date becomes “Now” just fill in the six boxes with your responses, you may want to pause the CD during the musical interludes to write in your answers.

After you listen to the “Final Countdown” change CDs. Go over your worksheet a few times and review box # 7.

 


Stop in 3-10 days Approach # 2
You want to take the time to prepare carefully and use this program to get the most leverage or power to make quitting easy.

Take the Blue Worksheet and Put CD 1 into a player and start listening to the instructions. You first must pick a specific quit date and write it into box #1. Continue to listen to tracks 1-9 while you fill out the worksheet, you may want to pause the CD during playback to write in all your answers.

Then practice with track 10 Beginning Booster to start reprogramming your mind. I suggest you listen to track 10 at least once a day and the entire CD 1 a few times. Go over your worksheet a few times and review box # 7.

 


NOW - BE LIBERATED
On your Quit Day take your worksheet and listen to CD 1 at least tracks 7-8-9, after the “Final Countdown” change to CD 2. Find a comfortable place to lean back and relax (turn off the telephones and turn down the lights). Don’t lie down flat, you do not want to fall asleep, so on a bed put a few pillows behind you, then start CD 2. You do not have to make any effort, just listen to my voice gently guide you to that special zone of relaxation where you can easily reprogram your mind and transform your life to get liberated! Get rid of all your smoking materials and start living a healthier and happier life. You will now have the tools to get rid of any urges, cravings, or temptations easily without stressing. For the next 2 or 3 weeks it is good to practice with the Liberation Booster program track 2 or 3 on CD 2. You can also use the Bonus track 12 on CD 1 to help you get rid of stress and overcome any problems. Some people practice using the full Liberation from Smoking program on CD 2 many times.
